These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Regulated Einsteins website and any purchase you make through it (the "Services"), operated by Regulated Einsteins LLC ("Regulated Einsteins," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may limit, cancel, or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
If a pricing or listing error affects an order, we may correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected order if unfulfilled. We'll notify you when reasonably practicable, but notice is not guaranteed to occur before an order is corrected or canceled.
Payment is processed through Shopify's checkout system.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or consumer protections available under applicable law in the customer’s state of residence.
