We created this workbook to give your priorities a place in the appointment. Preparing includes deciding what you want to discuss and how you want to communicate, with support if you choose it.

Start here: Write your most important question and one preference that would make participating easier. Bring those notes in the format that works for you.

Can someone help me use it? A chosen supporter can participate only if invited. The neurodivergent person remains the decision-maker.
