Using your files

Choose the printable PDF for handwriting or the fillable PDF for typing. Save a private copy, then close and reopen it to check that your answers were saved. Print on U.S. Letter paper at Actual size or 100% using black ink or grayscale.

Use only useful pages and prompts; fields may be left blank. White pages, clear prompts and writing space carry through both versions.

The final reflection page starts blank. Answers do not copy automatically from earlier pages.
